about a day or two but make sure when you try to pick him up you are gentle and if he doesn’t like it don’t force him and try again the next day

this is very good, it just depends on what his surroundings will be! If it is going to be a nice big hutch with lots of warm lovely straw, then carry on for another month or two. If it is going to be some pastry with lots of lovely gravy, then i would say a day or two. Happy Days!!

probably about 3-5 days, that way he has plenty of time to get used to it.

If you keep stroking him he will get used to you and understand that you are no harm to him leave him a day without stroking or going near the cage before you can start holding him because he may way some alone time to hop around and see what he can and cant do in the cage.
