£10 on a 2nd hand cot

£300 pushchair (mum purchased it)
£50 bedding and blankets
£30 clothing
£20 nappies (terry towelling)
sure i’ve forgotten a thing definitely clear, but that’s a fantastic start

It’s hard to add it all up cos there’s so much to buy especially when it’s your first and you have to start from fresh. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it.

On just the basics, approximately $700-800. We share a family bed, so no need for a crib and our families were really good about helping out-

Very little
We bought some basic clothes in neutral colours (sleepsuits, vests etc)
Crib bedding
A mobile
A bouncer chair
A basic playmat
Towels
Muslin squares
bibs
steriliser & breast pump
A couple of toys
Crib we didn’t pay for, used my sisters
Pram and car seat were bought for us
I would put a ball park figure on what we spent at around £100-£150??

£600 pram £150 furniture £50 moses basket £30 steriliser £40 toiletries £50 clothes. But we got brought loads so we didn’t need to buy more. £20 blankets £50 nappies and milk and wipes. And we got brought loads of things we needed like baby chair and monitor and stuff, so all in all about £1000 or more. X
