Query by Bartez: what age is it advised that you can let your infant sleep with a pillow?
My four month old infant girl sleeps substantially much better when we prop her up on a single of those maternity ‘v-shape’ pillows but when we lye her down flat she wriggles about a lot far more which wakes her up…..

We only allow her sleep with the pillow whilst sat next to her on the sofa or lying on the bed so she’s normally secure but I was wondering what age is it advised to be protected to allow a child have a pillow ?

I thought they had to be over 1 at least. If she gets to rest that way then I would make it possible for it but Id perhaps take it away the moment she is asleep just for safety

Just a believed as I am arranging to have her up coming to my bed in a moses basket. In the UK they say you should really have them in your room forņmths. Our house is tiny and her nursery is 3mtres from our space so i was organizing on placing her in her cot in her personal room when she grows out of the moses basket. How long are you preparing for your baby to be in your area for and where is he/she sleeping? xx

My son was in our room for about 8 weeks. The area was compact, and it would warm up truly quickly. We moved him at that age, mainly because that’s when he started only needing 1 night feed.

Question by nina c: How do I get my 5 week old baby to sleep longer than 2 hours with out feeding?
I am breastfeeding my baby and at night she appears to wake every two hours for a feed but does not seem to drink substantially. For the duration of the day when she is awake, she is constantly crying for feeding and I have to feed her each hour, once again she doesn’t appear to feed longer that ten mins. I have attempted formulas but she appears truly cranky as I don’t feel she drinks as significantly (max 60 ml at a time) due to the fact she doesn’t like the taste. She now weighs 4kg and has gained a lot of excess weight so is healthy and definately gettting enough. Any advise would be tremendously appreciated!
