At about three weeks for experienced breeders, but you can never be 100% sure. Just contact a local breeder and ask them to show you. Bunny breeders are very helpful, I would be happy to help you as well.
Do not go and ask pet stores, they are often incorrect

Rabbits are ready to leave their mum at eight weeks, i would check the sex then to be sure what they are.
Checking the sex of a rabbit can be tricky, even experienced breeders can get it wrong sometimes.
If you sit down with your bunny, put one hand on the rabbits bum and your other hand on its back with your thumb under the rabbits front legs.
Gently roll the rabbit on to its back, rest the rabbit on your legs while taking your hand of its bum. With your spare hand gently apply a LITTLE pressure above the rabbits bits, if a slit pops up then its a girl if a tube pops up then its a boy.
If you have problems or can not tell what sex the Bunny’s are i would recommend going to your vets or getting a local breeder to help you.
Hope this helps.
