When my daughter was one she would eat dinner with the rest of the family at 5:30 and have a cup of milk. She went to bed at 7:00pm and slept until will woke her up at 5:30 am the next day.

Every child is different but do try because i believe as much as we all love our children parents should have the evening to them selves.

Truthly it’s all down to you aswell as your childs sleeping pattern. ie do they sleep through the night.

My daughter goes to her bed around 9pm but she sleeps all through the night till 8am

If i put her to bed earlier she may get up earlier which would be more hassle for me anyway.

At the end of the day as long as your child is in a good pattern and you are happy with this is their a need to change things?

by 6 months old all my 3 were having their last bottle at 7pm, going to bed before 8pm and waking at around 7am.

but all kids are different! im just a stubborn mummy who likes her evenings child-free LOL

My 15month old has dinner with the family at 5.30ish, she then goes to bed at 7-7.30, she dropped her last milk at about 12months, she now has some fruit just before she settles and then sleeps through the night till about 6.30-7am.
My 3 year old was different, she loved her milk so we gave her a bottle at 7pm when she went to bed and then in order for her to get through the night would feed her about 4oz while she was asleep just before we went to bed at 10ish, we were doing this till she was nearly 2.
It really is dependent on the child but I would try to bring ur little ones bed time forward alittle as babies start to get into bedtime routines and they are difficult to get out of the older they get.
    Good luck

It depends on you and your child. My son never needed a lot of sleep. He would go to bed at 11 pm and be up at 5.00 am at that age. He continued like this right up to teenage (now), except now he goes to sleep later (around midnight) and gets up later (7.00 am).

At 1 year my baby was off the bottle. We would eat dinner around 6 and she would have a sippy with milk.
We would take a bath, read a book and she was in bed no later than 7:30pm and slept until 6:30-7am.
She is now 19 months and does the same routine.

hi i put my son down with his last bottle when he was about 6 months then he would wake up for a feed during the night. he is 2 in august and he goes to bed at 7 and gets up at 6ish. you should have done it earlier cos they get into a routine.

At one year old your baby should be getting her last feed at around 7 an going to bed afterwards.

you need to start putting her to bed earlier now otherwise you never will, i had my children sleeping through the night at 6 months from 6-6 and they still do. Even if you just put her to bed 15 minuetes earlier for a few nights and see how that goes, if she still sleeps then increase it by another 15 minuetes and keep going untill you are happy with her bedtime and she is sleeping well.
