he’ll have to till his develop in. They’ll most likely want to put a spacer in there so that the other don’t shift close to as well much. Get started saving your pennies if you don’t have coverage as they aren’t low-priced (but they are less expensive than the bills you will face later if you don’t do it). My cousin smashed his front out when he was two falling down the stairs and that’s what they did for him. Make positive you get a permanent a single that they will pull out when his get started coming in or you’ll be hunting for it regularly just about every time Jr pulls it out! he’ll only have it till he’s close to 4 as the front will come in early given that there aren’t any other individuals there to cease them.

We are born with both sets of teeth. Once the baby teeth grow out than the second(adult) teeth will come in. His baby teeth will not grow back.

First things first. You only get two sets of teeth, so as his ‘baby teeth’ have been knocked out, he will have to wait the arrival of his adult teeth.
Secondly; He will adapt to eating using the remaining teeth until such times as his other teeth appear, so just be patient. My daughter lost 4 front teeth as a child and managed quite well, until the adult teeth came, however; we were tasked with always “starting” an apple for her, by biting the first chunk off, then she managed very well to eat the rest herself.
When the new teeth start appearing, they might be a tad crooked, due to the injury to the gum, but orthodontic treatment will sort that out, so make regular visits to your dentist, who will be doing the referral.
The adult teeth may arrive sooner than normal, due to the early loss of the ‘baby teeth’, so there is nothing you can do, just be patient.

He wont get his permanent teeth until the age of 5-7.

You only get one set of baby teeth and one set of adult teeth. If they were knocked out and unable to be reset in his mouth (which sounds like the case) you’re stuck until his adult teeth come in. Most kids start to lose their teeth around 6 or 7 years old and their permanent teeth start coming in then so you have a few years to wait.
